Description

No 22 on All Saints' Street is a building likely dating from the early 17th century. It has two storeys and attics, constructed from coursed rubble, and features a modern slate roof with two gabled dormers that have leaded lattice windows. The building has a moulded wooden eaves cornice and two modern casement windows, along with a modern door and shop window. The roof extends over No 12 All Saints' Place. No 22, along with Nos 20 to 22, forms a group with the Melbourn Brothers Brewery and also groups with No 12 All Saints' Place.
