Description
Melbourn Brothers Brewery is a late 19th-century building located at 1671 All Saints' Street. It has two storeys and a basement, constructed from coursed rubble with stone dressings and quoins. The building features a moulded cornice and a parapet. On the upper storey, there are four paired windows with slightly pointed round arches, chamfered mullions, and scarved lintels. A band with the carved name 'Melbourn Brothers' is positioned between the two storeys. The ground floor has similar windows with chamfered mullions and lintels, along with a band between the ground and paired basement grilles. This brewery forms a group with the adjacent buildings numbered 20 to 22.
