Description
12 All Saints' Place is a building dating from 1671, likely constructed in the early 17th century. The elevation facing All Saints' Street features three storeys made of coursed rubble and is topped with a stone slate roof. A notable feature is the 18th-century rounded bow that rises three storeys under a hipped gable. Each storey of the bow has a broad three-light window with hung sashes and glazing bars, which are rendered. The building extends northwards around the corner, where it becomes two storeys under a hipped roof, with the upper storey also rendered. There are three-storey bowed windows and two 19th-century shop windows with arcaded lights, one on each elevation. A modern door is located to the right, and there is one chimney. This building forms a group with No 22 All Saints' Street.
