Description
Number 16, All Saints Place, is a building dating from 1671, later altered in the 18th century. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of ashlar stone. The stone slate mansard roof features three cambered dormers. The building has double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. There are two flat-topped bow windows that extend through all three storeys, rendered and each containing three-light hung sash windows set in flush frames with glazing bars. The windows on the second storey are adorned with moulded stone cornices, while a small central window in the top storey has a plain reveal. The entrance features a six-panel door set beneath a rounded arch with a keystone, accompanied by a fanlight that has 'Gothic' glazing bars. Numbers 14 to 16 form a group.
