Description

No. 10 Red Lion Street is a building dating from the 18th century, possibly earlier. It has two storeys and features a cement-rendered exterior with coursed rubble on the side and a stone slate roof. The upper storey slightly projects over the ground floor, which has a modern shop window and door. There is one window on each storey: a small sliding sash window in the gable and a small 19th-century oriel window with a wood-framed casement on the second storey. To the left, there is a loft door in a painted brick and rendered section added later. This building is part of a group that includes No. 5 and Nos. 7 to 10.
