Description

Number 18 St Martin's is a plain house built in 1795, featuring three storeys. The exterior is made of ashlar stone, topped with a stone slate roof. It has three windows with stone arches and plain reveals, and there are no glazing bars. Access is via three steps leading to a six-panel door, which is topped by a rectangular fanlight. A fire plaque is also present on the building. This house, along with numbers 18 to 38 St Martin's and the Church of St Martin, forms a group.
