Description

12 St Martin's is a cottage dating to the mid-18th century. The lower part of the building is rendered, while the upper storey features half-timbering. It has one casement window with three lights, set above a modern ground floor containing a plain door and modern windows. A right-hand section rises three storeys and is rendered, with one modern window on each level. The roof is hipped. The south side has a cornice above a ground floor coach arch, featuring 19th-century moulded brackets and a small oriel window positioned above the arch within a plastered and pargetted wall. The building is part of a group with numbers 4 to 12.
