Description
Nos 31 and 32 on St Peter's Street are a large early building dating from 1671, located on the site of Sempringham Hall, a 13th-century Gilbertine foundation. The building features a modern garage frontage and is rendered, with a roof made of stone slates. It has four windows that are double-hung sashes with restored glazing bars, and a modern shop front on the ground floor. This property, along with Nos 26 to 33, the wall in the yard abutting No 33, and the stabling to the rear of No 37, forms a group.
