Description

26 St Peter's Street is a late 17th century or early 18th century end house that is part of a range forming Exeter Court. The building has two storeys and is constructed in ashlar stone, featuring a band between the floors. It includes a canted two-storey bay, with the middle section rendered, and has four-light windows. The roof is a mansard style made of stone slates, which incorporates a hipped dormer. The entrance is a 19th-century door set in a plain stone frame with a moulded triple keystone. This property, along with Nos 26 to 38, the wall in the yard abutting No 33, and the stabling to the rear of No 37, forms a cohesive group.
