Description

This is a late 18th-century house in Market Deeping. It is constructed of ashlar and has a Collyweston mansard roof with two brick gable stacks. The house is two storeys high plus an attic, with a three-bay front. The central entrance features a six-panel door with a bordered overlight, set within a wooden, fluted Doric doorcase topped with a gabled roof and fretted bargeboard. Flanking the door are single sash windows with glazing bars. Above, the first floor has three similar windows set under the eaves. The ground-floor windows are topped with flat stone arches. Two raking dormer windows with glazing bars and rendered cheeks are visible within the roof.
