Description
This is a late 18th-century house located on the east side of Church Street in Market Deeping. The house is constructed of coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a Collyweston slate roof featuring raised stone coped gables and two brick gable stacks. The two-storey and garret house has a three-bay front. A cill band runs across the front, with a central 20th-century panel door and a plain overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. The first floor contains three similar sash windows. All windows are topped with ashlar lintels.
