Description
This is an early 18th-century house and shop, altered in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. It has a collyweston slate roof with two red brick gable stacks. The two-storey, three-bay front has a central six-panel door protected by a moulded stone architrave with a raised and stepped keyblock. To the left of the door is a tall, bowed sash window with a leaded top, and to the right is a sash window with an ashlar lintel and keyblock. The first floor features two tripartite sash windows, each set under a flat stone arch.
