Description

This is an early 19th-century building of three storeys, consisting of numbers 15 to 17 St Leonard's Street. The exterior is built of coursed rubble, with an asbestos tile roof and a brick chimney. There are four double-hung sash windows on each floor, with glazing bars and rubble voussoirs. Three round-arched doorways, each with a blocked fanlight, are visible. A similar doorway provides access to a passageway on the left. The doorways are flanked by two four-panel doors and one modern door (at number 16), each with two steps leading up to them. There are also basement openings. Numbers 15 to 20 St Leonard’s Street form a group.
