Description
Number 9 St Leonard's Street is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed from ashlar stone. It has a Welsh slate roof and features three stone chimneys and stone gables. The façade includes three double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on both the upper and lower floors, with a moulded string course separating the two levels. The ground floor has three windows and a plinth. The entrance is marked by a four-centred doorway with a rectangular label that has shield terminals, leading to a six-panel door with three glass panels and a fanlight above. The entrance is accessed by two steps, and the sides of the building are finished in coursed rubble. Number 9 is part of a group with numbers 9 to 11 St Leonard's Street.
