Description

Milepost located at Bridge End, dating from the late 19th century. It is made of cast iron and painted white, with black detailing. The east side is inscribed with "To Billingboro 2 and a half miles," while the west side reads "To Donnington 4 miles," creating a sharp, projecting angle. The upper inverted triangle is inscribed with "Horbling Parish," and it has a tall base with a projecting angle. The entire structure features narrow black painted bands that define each face.
