Description
Church Cottage is a cottage from the early 18th century, with some 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with some red brick and render. The roof is made of pantiles and features decorative brick eaves and two ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and a six-bay front. There is a doorway on the right with a panelled door, which is flanked by a single three-light casement window. To the left of this doorway is another entrance with a hipped porch roof supported by plain wooden brackets, leading to a partially glazed door. Beyond this, there are two additional three-light casements. On the upper floor, there are four three-light casements, with the one on the left being slightly lower than the others. All the openings have wooden lintels, with most being rendered.
