Description

This is a late 18th-century house. It is three storeys high. The ground floor is cement rendered and roughcast, while the roof is slate with a wooden eaves cornice featuring small paired modillions. The front has three windows in moulded wooden flush frames with modern glazing. A central doorcase features a glazed semi-circular fanlight and an open pediment with modillions set on plain Roman Doric columns with a triglyph frieze. The front door is a three-panel carved design. A modern shop front cuts into the ground floor, to the right, within a two-storey brick extension that includes a coach arch and one window. A staircase is present within the building.
