Description

61 West Street is an early 18th-century building constructed of coursed stone, featuring modern cement tiles on the roof. The gable ends are capped with stone, and there are brick chimneys. The building has rusticated quoins and three windows, each with stone lintels that include keystones, flush frames, hung sashes, and glazing bars. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door set in a plain moulded wood case, topped with a pediment supported by brackets. A plain rectangular fanlight is situated above the door, which is accessed by two steps.
