Description

No. 44 West Street is a small house from the mid-18th century, rendered in cement. It has two storeys and features a wooden eaves cornice. The side of the house is brick, and there is an extension at the rear. The front has three windows, which are double-hung sashes with later glazing, moulded flush frames, and segmental arches. The entrance is a six-panel door with panelled ingoes and a moulded pediment supported by carved console brackets.
