Description

This is an early 19th-century building on St Peter's Road. It is two storeys high and constructed of brick, with a pantile roof and two brick chimneys. The eaves are finished with a brick cornice featuring modillion details. The first floor has three windows with flush frames, wooden lintels, glazing bars and painted stone cills, connected by a continuous painted stone band. The ground floor features a shallow triple arcade with a keystone, plinth blocks and stone impost bands. This arcade contains a door and two windows, also with flush frames. The door is within a slightly segmental brick arch, constructed with brick voussoirs, and is accessed by two brick steps. There is a four-panel door and a plain, rectangular fanlight with a stone lintel. Additional features include scraper marks, a fire plaque, and painted stone plinths.
