Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building, likely a house. It's constructed of painted brick with chamfered stone quoins, a fluted band above the ground floor, and a moulded eaves cornice. The roof is covered with Roman tiles, and features gable end chimneys with a dentil course at the base. The windows are segmental-headed, with glazing bars. The first floor has three windows, while the ground floor has two. A central doorway has a flush stone brick surround, moulded architrave, and brackets supporting a moulded flat hood. The door is six-panelled, with a glazed panel in the centre. There’s a moulded panel above the doorway, now painted over, which may have originally been a datestone. A lean-to extension has been added to the rear. A side door, located in the left gable end, features similar brackets to a stone hood and a six-panel door with a three-over-three window arrangement.
