Description

Hall Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is built from squared limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is steeply pitched and covered with pantiles, complete with a bargeboard. There are two gable stacks, which have stone bases and brick tops. The building is two storeys high with a garret and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door with an overlight, and it is sheltered by a 19th-century lattice porch under a moulded flat stone hood. On either side of the door, there are single three-light ovolo moulded mullion windows with cornices. On the first floor, there are two three-light chamfered mullion windows.
