Description

The gates, gateway, and wall to Irnham Hall were built around 1850. They are constructed from squared limestone rubble and ashlar, with wrought iron elements. The pair of wrought iron gates features scrolled verticals and rails, adorned with twisted finials. These gates are flanked by square gate piers topped with stepped copings and balls that have swept bases. The flanking walls are finished with ashlar coping that has a roll-moulded top.
