Description
11 Park Road is a house built in the early 18th century, with alterations made in the early and later 19th century. The structure is made of squared limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings, and has a yellow pantile roof topped with crested ridge tiles. The gables are raised and stone-coped, and there are two red brick gable stacks. The house is two stories tall with attics and has a three-bay front, complete with a plinth and coved eaves.
The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door that is flush with the wall, accompanied by a bordered overlight. This door is flanked by single cross-mullioned glazing bar casements, and on the first floor, there are three similar windows. All openings feature flat splayed arches with raised keystones. The roof includes three gabled dormers, each with glazing bar lights and lead cheeks.
