Description

37 Broad Street is an 18th-century building with a hipped roof at the corner of Ironmonger Street. It is two storeys high and constructed of ashlar stone, featuring block rustication on the right quoin. The building has one window with a moulded stone surround and no glazing bars. There is a 19th-century and modern shop window, along with a dentil cornice on the fascia. The entrance door is located in the quoin, and there are two windows on the Ironmonger Street elevation, as well as a small shop front. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 37 to 40.
