  1. 1671 BROAD STREET (South Side) No 34 TF 0307 1/71 22.5.54. II* GV 2. Mild C18. 2 storeys and attics on high basement. Rendered. Stone slate mansard roof with 2 stone chimney stacks. Moulded woodeaves cornice with dentils. 2 sloped dormers, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. 2 canted bays through all storeys, each with 3 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. Central door up 6 stone steps. Fine wood doorcase with fluted pilasters, ornamented frieze. fluted and dentilled cornice, and pediment. Railings now modern.

Nos 31 to 34 (consec) and Old Technical School. form a group.
