Description
Milestone located on the south side of Spalding Road in Holbeach, dating from the mid-19th century. It is made of painted stone and has a rectangular shape with slightly chamfered corners and a pointed head. The milestone stands approximately 0.75 meters high. On the right side, it is inscribed with "To Holbeach 1 mile. Holbeach," and on the left side, it reads "To Spalding 7 miles. Holbeach."
