Description
Guy Wells Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, with mid-19th and 20th century alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a concrete tiled roof with brick coped gables and two gable stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a five-bay front. The ground floor includes five plain sash windows, with the central window being broader and set into what was originally a door opening. Above, there are five plain sash windows, all with segmental heads. Additionally, there are two gabled dormers, each with plain sashes.
