Description
Holly House Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in 1807, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features painted stucco dressings. The roof is made of pantiles and has brick coped gables with two gable stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, presenting a three-bay front. The central doorway has a plain doorcase, an overlight, a reveal, and a panelled door. On either side of the doorway are single three-light plain sash windows, with three similar windows above; the one above the door is narrower. All the windows have serpentine lintels with raised keystones. There is a plaque above the central upper window inscribed 'J Andrew 1807'. Additionally, there are two 20th-century dormers with casement windows.
