Description
Westgate House is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with some alterations made around 1800. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with brick coped gables and a stack on the left gable. The building has two storeys and a three-bay front, with the first floor dating from around 1800. The central doorway is notable for its ornate blind fanlight, pediment, and pilastered doorcase, along with a panelled reveal and door. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sashes with segmental heads and flush wedge lintels. Above, there are three flat-headed glazing bar sashes.
