Description

Ivy Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and has pantiled roofs. The building stands two storeys high and features a symmetrical elevation with three bays. The entrance consists of a 20th-century glazed door with an overlight, which is flanked by multi-pane sash windows, all of which are set under segmental brick arches. There is a band at the first floor level, which has three similar sash windows. The house has end stacks and raised coped gables.
