Description
East Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical elevation with three bays, forming an L-shaped range. The entrance consists of a 20th-century glazed door with an overlight, which is flanked on both sides by four-pane sash windows with sills. All window openings are set under flat gauged brick arches. On the first floor, there are three similar windows. The house has end and axial stacks, and the brickwork at the gables shows tumbled-in brick with plain close verges.
