Description

Sun Mill House, located at Lincoln Lane, is an 18th-century cottage constructed of red brick with a pantile ridge roof and two brick stacks, one of which is situated on the gable. The building is two storeys high and features two doorways, both fitted with modern glazed doors. On the ground floor, there are three sliding casement windows, and there are three additional sliding casements on the upper floor. All openings have wooden lintels, except for the main door, which has a segmental arch made of brick voussoirs.
