Description

Ivy Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It features two red brick and render gable stacks, and the gables are raised and coped with kneelers. The building has two storeys plus a garret and is composed of three bays. The central doorway is accessed by three steps and has a panelled door with a glazing bar overlight and a flush wedge concrete lintel. On either side of the doorway are single tripartite glazing bar casements. Above, there are two smaller tripartite casements, all of which are set under segmental arches.
