Description

Renard is a late 18th-century building that was originally two cottages and is now a house. It features red brick with ashlar quoins, some rubble, and a pantile roof with gable stacks and a central ridge stack. The building is two storeys high and has a five-bay front with a rendered brick and rubble plinth, a first-floor brick band, and decorated eaves.

On the north side, there is a porch with a 20th-century partially glazed door, flanked by single windows, each with a window above. On the south side, there is a blocked door with a window inserted and a single window beyond, which also has a window above. All the windows are fitted with glazing bar sashes, and the ground floor windows have segmental heads.
