Description
Jessamine Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage located on Plough Lane in Fiskerton. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with a single ridge stack. The cottage has a two-storey, four-bay front with a lobby entrance. The doorway is situated to the left and has a plain doorcase with a panelled door. To the left of the doorway, there is a three-light sliding sash window, and to the right, there is a single three-light sliding sash window with a single two-light sliding sash window beyond it. All ground floor openings have segmental heads. Above the doorway, there is a small square casement window, flanked by single three-light sliding sash windows, with a single two-light sliding sash window beyond to the right. There is a 20th-century addition at the rear of the cottage.
