Description

No 1 is a cottage located on Pinfold Lane in Ruskington, dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. The exterior features painted stucco over brick and a pantile roof that has a single ridge, two gable brick stacks, and a single coped gable. The cottage is arranged in three bays and is 1½ storeys high. The off-centre doorway has a half-glazed 19th-century door set beneath a segmental brick head. This doorway is flanked by two plain sash windows, with an additional plain sash window to the right. Above, there are two gabled dormers that contain 20th-century casement windows.
