Description

Bylands is a cottage dating from the late 18th century, constructed of brick with pantile roofs. It features two gable stacks and decorated eaves. The building is three bays wide, with a lower two-bay wing to the left and is one and a half storeys tall. The main wing has a doorway on the right, which includes a 20th-century brick gabled porch and a glazed door. To the left of the entrance, there are two 2-light casement windows. The left wing has two 2-light casements and a single similar window above. All ground floor windows have segment heads, and the main wing is adorned with two sloping dormers.
