Description

Guildford House is a house built in the late 18th century, with a top storey added in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof with two gable stacks. The building is 2½ storeys high and has three bays, with the central bay projecting slightly. A central doorway is framed by a moulded wooden surround and features a six-panel door with a fanlight in a rectangular opening. The doorway is flanked by single margin light sash windows, and above these are three similar sash windows, all with pointed brick lintels. Above again, there are three small glazing bar sashes under wooden lintels. The first floor has a brick band and decorated eaves.
