Description

The Cottage, located south of J A Kenwell's Stores, is a late 18th-century cottage built of red brick with some white stretchers. It features a pantile roof, brick coped gables with kneelers, and two gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The central doorway is adorned with a six-panel door and an overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above, there are three similar sash windows, and all openings are topped with segment heads.
