Description

This is a wash house built around 1870, located 2 metres north of Number 14 Castle Villa. The structure incorporates two 13th-century shafts and a bracket, along with a 14th-century crocketed finial and other worked stones, which are arranged to create a blind arch. These architectural fragments are believed to have originated from the Priory of St Catherine.
