Description

This is a house located at 1 Wordsworth Street in Lincoln, dating from the late 17th century and 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof with a gable stack. The building has the remains of a coped gable on the west side and consists of two storeys plus garrets, arranged in two bays. The entrance includes a four-panelled door with a wooden lintel, which is flanked on the left by a segment-headed wooden cross casement window with leaded glazing. Above this, to the left, is a similar casement window. The west gable has wooden steps leading to a resited 18th-century half-glazed door at the garret level. The interior has not been inspected.
