Description
The wash house, built around 1905, is located approximately 2.5 meters west of and shared by numbers 3 and 4, known as The Palaces. It was designed by the same architect as The Palaces. The structure is made of coursed squared and dressed limestone, topped with a stone slate roof and features red brick stacks. It has a 'T'-shaped plan and is a single storey. On the north side, there are two 2-light stone-mullioned casements, and each part has two plank doors on the northwest side. The roof is hipped, with an axial stack that has segmental upright stones at the top. The interior has not been inspected.
