Description
The building is a former combined wash house and pigsties located at the rear of numbers 25 and 26 in Dumbleton Village. It dates from the 19th century and is constructed of brick from the estate's brickworks, featuring a brick stack and a red tile roof. The structure has a rectangular plan and is single storey. Each gable end has a segmental-headed plank door, and there are two low round-headed openings on the east side that are now blocked, which were originally part of the pigsties. There is an off-the-ridge stack. The interiors have not been inspected.
