It is constructed of mud and stud with a colourwashed brick casing and features a thatched roof with a single ridge and hip stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan and a lobby entrance. It is a single storey with an attic and has a four-bay front, which is divided into bays by brick pilasters. The doorway is located to the right and has a segmental head with a plank door. To the right of the doorway, there is a single three-light casement window, while to the left, there are two three-light casements, all featuring wooden lintels and 20th-century shutters. Additionally, there is a single gabled dormer that contains a two-light casement window.
