Description
Waresley Green Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, with alterations from the early 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of brick with painted stone dressings and features a hipped tile roof with stacks on the side walls. The building has two storeys and an attic, which is illuminated by two gabled dormers. Notable architectural details include a moulded cornice and chamfered quoins.
The façade has three windows: two 16-pane sash windows on either side of a central 12-pane sash window, which is set under a segmental head, while the others have rubbed brick heads with keystones. On the ground floor, there are two 20-pane sash windows flanking a central entrance that features a pedimented doorcase, a fanlight, and a six-panelled door. To the right, there is an early 19th-century extension that includes a tripartite sash window on the first floor.
