Description
Red House is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with a sandstone plinth and has a tile roof with gable end stacks. The building stands three storeys tall and features a dentilled cornice. There are three windows on the front: two sixteen-pane sashes on either side of a twelve-pane sash, all set under segmental heads. The second floor has eight- and six-pane sashes, while the ground floor has two sixteen-pane sashes flanking a central entrance. The entrance features a doorcase with an open pediment, a fanlight, and a six-panelled door.
