Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid 18th century, with later additions from the late 19th and 20th centuries. It is possibly timber-framed and encased in red brick, topped with a thatched roof featuring gable stacks and two ridge stacks. The building has an L-plan layout with a lobby entrance and is one and a half stories tall.
The east front has five bays, with a central doorway that features a thatched porch supported by wooden poles and a plank door. To the right, there are two 20th-century glazing bar casements set in 19th-century brick. On the left, there is a single three-light 20th-century casement in 18th-century brick, with a blocked opening beyond it. All the windows have segmental heads. Additionally, there is a single raking thatched dormer with a 20th-century glazing bar casement.
