Description

Nos 94 to 102 on Upgate are early to mid 19th century buildings. They are two storeys tall and constructed of red brick, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The first floor features a band, and there is a bracketed cornice above. The buildings have ten hung sash windows, each set under stucco flat arches with ribbed keystones. The doors are located in arched reveals and are accompanied by fanlights, all framed with stucco archivolts. These properties, along with Nos 70 to 104, form a cohesive group.
