The exterior consists of three storeys and a four-bay front. The ground floor, which was extended in the mid-19th century, includes a two-panel half-glazed door. To the left of the door are two plain sash windows, and to the right is a plain sash window along with a flush panel garden door that has a fanlight above it, made of stained glass. On the first floor, there are two plain sash windows, a doorway leading onto a flat roof, and a rectangular bay window. The second floor features four plain sash windows.
On the Church Close elevation, there is a single plain sash window on each floor. All the windows have brick segmental heads. The building has strong group value with Nos 3-7 Church Close.
